Mikail Rajabli is a founder and automated systems architect based in Budapest. He builds front desk systems that answer the phone and book the appointment, back office automations that clear the admin, and software that gets a quiet customer list buying again.
He has built systems for a venture fund CEO, a med spa software company, and service businesses across the US and Europe, while running his own companies on the same stack.
Journey
Born and raised in Baku, Azerbaijan, Mikail moved to Budapest to study and started building online businesses from a university dorm instead of waiting for a diploma to give permission.
He landed his first clients on Upwork building front desk and back office systems, learned the craft by shipping to paying customers, and within a year had delivered a six-figure operations platform for a venture fund CEO and founded two companies of his own.

Founded in 2026, Soltrack builds automated systems for clinics and service businesses. The front desk systems answer and book, and the back office automations pick up whatever the front desk hands off.
MyDoctor
Currently in development, MyDoctor is a healthcare app for the Baku market. One place to find a clinic, book an appointment, and keep your medical history, with a loyalty balance that carries across every clinic on the platform.
How I Work
Ship to Paying Customers
Mikail did not learn this from a course. He took client work before he was ready and figured it out on deadline, badly at first. Most of what he builds today started as something a customer needed working by Friday.
Systems Over Hours
A build is finished when nobody has to watch it. If someone still has to check on the thing every morning, Mikail keeps working. Clients notice, then come back with whatever else is eating their week.
Build in Public
He writes up the work as it happens, the wins and the dead ends both. Putting it in writing keeps the thinking honest, and other founders get to skip the parts he has already paid for.
