Mikail Rajabli is an Azerbaijani founder, automated systems architect and software builder based in Budapest. He is the founder of Soltrack and a co-founder of MyDoctor. He builds the operational side of a company: the front desk systems that answer the phone and book the appointment, the back office automations that clear the admin, and the software his clients run all of it from.
By nineteen he had delivered a six-figure operations platform for a venture fund CEO, repaired and hardened the automation layer behind a med spa software company, and shipped systems for service businesses across the United States and Europe. He is building a personal brand under his own name alongside the client work.
Journey
Mikail was born on July 15, 2007, in Baku, Azerbaijan. He moved to Budapest to study commerce and marketing and started taking client work out of a university dorm instead of waiting for a diploma to give him permission. His first paying jobs came through Upwork.
He founded Soltrack in 2024, before he turned eighteen, out of the same dorm room. MyDoctor followed two years later, built for Baku. He works in English, Russian and Azerbaijani.

Currently in development, MyDoctor is a healthcare app for the Baku market. One place to find a clinic, book an appointment, and keep your medical history, with a loyalty balance that carries across every clinic on the platform.
What I Stand For
Discipline Over Motivation
He does not wait to feel ready. The work goes out on the days it is going well and on the days it is not. He is nineteen with two companies, and that is the only explanation he has for it.
Proof Over Promises
He would rather show a working build than describe one. Most of his clients hired him after seeing a demo of the thing already running on the problem they wanted solved.
Learn It In Public
He puts the work out as it happens, the wins and the dead ends both. Writing it down keeps the thinking honest, and other founders get to skip the parts he has already paid for.
